Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Lead and manage regional sales team
• Build relationships with key accounts and distributors
• Analyze sales data and market trends
• Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams
• Conduct market visits
• Represent brand at industry events
