Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap
• Lead customer discovery with MSPs
• Drive integrations with Microsoft and Google
• Design scalable architecture
• Establish privacy-first device monitoring
• Collaborate on AI-powered admin portals
• Coordinate with Sales for packaging and pricing
• Monitor product KPIs and refine based on feedback
