Ideal candidate has 10+ years in financial leadership with experience in venture-backed companies.

Candidates in specific cities preferred: San Francisco/Bay Area, Los Angeles/Southern California, New York City, Austin, and Boston

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership
• 5+ years as VP Finance or CFO
• 5+ years in venture-backed companies

Responsibilities

• Lead financial affairs for clients
• Provide oversight of financial reporting
• Drive financial forecasting and planning
• Analyze operations for efficiencies
• Present financial performance to management
• Manage risks to financial health
• Assist with equity and debt financings
• Oversee audits and compliance
