Senior Accounting Manager

Overview

Hands-on role managing accounting functions for multiple clients.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory role, with a passion for startups.

Candidates in specific cities preferred: San Francisco/Bay Area, Los Angeles/Southern California, New York City, Austin, and Boston

Requirements

• Solid understanding of GAAP
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in supervisory role
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly financial statements
• Assist with financial modeling
• Manage Accounts Receivable
• Manage Accounts Payable
• Process payroll
• Mentor and train team members
