Ideal candidate has 8+ years of accounting experience and a passion for helping startups grow.

Candidates in specific cities preferred: San Francisco/Bay Area, Los Angeles/Southern California, New York City, Austin, and Boston

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience guiding and mentoring accounting teams

Responsibilities

• Manage all general accounting functions
• Prepare monthly consolidated client financials
• Set client accounting & tax policies
• Build financial models
• Analyze company operations for efficiencies
• Manage general HR responsibilities
• Lead annual financial audits
• Manage and mentor accounting teams
