• At least 7 years of software engineering experience
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in Python/Django
• Extensive experience with React
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with web security best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineering team
• Drive design and development of software applications
