• Knowledge of SQL, Javascript, iOS or Android development
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
• Ability to maintain and debug Web and App SDK solutions
• Willingness to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through onboarding
• Liaise with clients to determine project requirements
• Prepare technical specifications
• Create user and training documentation
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Develop internal tools and scripts
• Analyze data and provide insights
• Follow up with clients based on project timeline
