• Mastery of React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of CI/CD
• Ability to mentor engineers

• Establish coding standards and guidelines
• Lead code reviews
• Mentor engineers

• Define front-end health metrics
