• Proven experience as a Windows Support/System Engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Windows OS
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
• Proficiency in scripting and automation
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows-based systems
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support
• Implement and maintain security measures
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts
• Collaborate on infrastructure projects
• Maintain documentation of system configurations
• Provide training and support to users
