• Experience with ERP and revenue automation systems
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IPO readiness or public company experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead global revenue accounting operations
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606
• Design scalable revenue processes
• Collaborate with Legal and Sales Operations
• Oversee accounting for non-standard contracts
• Support financial statement audits
• Mentor revenue accounting team
• Contribute to IPO readiness efforts
