• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory audit processes
• Oversee intercompany transactions
• Prepare statutory financial statements
• Collaborate with Tax and Legal teams
• Drive standardization of reporting processes
• Manage accounting for equity transactions
• Monitor compliance with debt covenants
• Implement process improvements
