• 5+ years people management experience
• Experience with HIPAA or regulated industries
• Deep technical background including SQL and analytical tools
• Experience overseeing AI/ML platforms

Responsibilities

• Own long-term strategy for data platforms
• Build self-serve analytics environment
• Design and scale data infrastructure
• Motivate and supervise data team
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams
• Support Data Science team
• Get buy-in from senior stakeholders
• Build scalable data pipelines
