• 5+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of business analysis methodologies
• Proven ability to prepare clear specifications
• Experience in consolidating requirements
• Solid understanding of SCRUM and KANBAN
• Confident use of Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, or DrawIO
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English
• Russian language (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model business processes
• Document business processes and new features
• Prepare clear requirements and user stories
• Develop functional specifications
• Define tasks and collaborate with developers
• Design prototypes and product interfaces
• Control implementation of requirements
• Participate in acceptance testing
