AI/ML Software Engineer

Ideal candidate has 4-6+ years in machine learning engineering with strong LLM knowledge and Python proficiency.

Position is open for remote United States location except for in the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, U.S. territories only

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years software engineering experience
• 4-6+ years in data science or machine learning engineering
• Strong understanding of LLMs and traditional ML methods
• Experience with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries
• Experience with cloud-based ML tooling
• Outstanding communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and integration of AI models
• Train and fine-tune supervised learning models
• Design evaluation pipelines for ML models
• Develop tools for prompt iteration and performance tracking
• Coordinate with security for AI compliance
• Evaluate commercial and open-source LLMs
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI features
• Monitor and improve model quality
