Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Delivery Department
  • Maintain resourcing tracker and records
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding of resources
  • Support scheduling and communication between departments
  • Prepare project reports and presentations
  • Collaborate to implement process improvements
  • Answer ad hoc queries
  • Reduce risks and issues in the Customer Office
