• 3+ years experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysts, DevOps or QA Engineers
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Python, APIs, SQL
• Familiarity with core networking technologies
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide email and Zoom support to Enterprise customers
• Collaborate with engineers to identify and replicate issues
• Engage in engineering tasks including automation
• Document solutions to enhance Knowledge Base
• Act as a liaison between users and Product/Engineering teams
