Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical support or 3+ years in data engineering, data analysis, DevOps, or QA
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Python, APIs, SQL, NoSQL
  • Familiarity with networking technologies like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S)
  • Experience with engineering teams and developer customers
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide email and Zoom support to Enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve issues
  • Document solutions to enhance Knowledge Base
  • Act as a liaison between users and product teams
  • Engage in engineering tasks and automation projects
