• Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information
• Experience in onboarding and off-boarding

Responsibilities

• Guide new colleagues through onboarding
• Manage employee lifecycle
• Partner with Total Rewards team
• Ensure HR compliance
• Maintain HRIS system
• Act as first point of contact for inquiries
