• Support design and implementation of operational processes
• Lead onboarding and training for operations managers
• Act as a resource for stakeholders
• Provide operational leadership for state testing
• Serve as liaison between school and Accel team
• Collaborate to develop and document operational procedures
• Audit existing procedures for improvement
• Compile and analyze data metrics
