Requirements

• 8-12 years experience in Information Security
• 5+ years in Security Operations leadership
• Experience advising CISOs
• Deep understanding of SOC operations
• Hands-on knowledge of attacker TTPs
• Experience with cloud security monitoring
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, OSCP

Responsibilities

• Advise on security operations capabilities
• Drive SOC design and improvement
• Oversee threat detection and incident response
• Advise on tooling and automation
• Perform gap assessments
• Lead red/blue team coordination
• Collaborate with security teams
• Mentor security analysts and engineers
