Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in coaching or business ownership
• Home services experience required
• Strong understanding of P&L and KPIs
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Coaching certification a plus

• Coach owners and managers on business drivers
• Develop personalized coaching plans
• Analyze business performance reports
• Deliver structured coaching sessions
• Facilitate workshops on various topics
• Track progress using tools and KPIs
• Provide growth-oriented feedback
• Attend industry events for networking
