• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with cloud servers
• Experience in a 24x7 managed services environment
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with ITIL processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support client's Azure infrastructure
• Communicate ticket status
• Interact with clients to troubleshoot
• Install and configure client systems
• Execute monthly maintenance
• Create and maintain documentation
• Promote best practices
• Provide consultation and reports
